Pacifica Pool Supplies is committed to offering the best shipping and handling rates in the business. All orders placed via pacificapoolsupplies.com are shipped via UPS. The current default shipping method is UPS ground shipping. All shipping rates are based upon current, real time shipping rates and calculated on the fly by our handy, dandy shipping calculator API key for UPS. This has proven to be the most affordable and reliable shipping method for shipping our products to date. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping methods also based on real time rates provided by the delivery company.
In addition to our shipping rates, there will be a $2 handling fee applied to each total order upon checkout.
At Pacifica Pool Supplies make it our priority to ship all orders within 48 hours of placing your order with us. In limited situations (i.e. backorders and freight items) it will take longer for your order to ship & for you to receive your order. Once your order is place and shipped, Pacifica Pool Supplies will email a tracking number directly to you so that you can track the order progress with the shipping company. If you don’t receive this email or have misplaced it, please email us at support@pacificapoolsupplies.com. Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped via UPS ground shipping and will be shipped from our warehouse in San Diego, CA.
To track your orders, visit the "tracking" section of http://www.ups.com and type your unique tracking number into the corresponding field. This will show you the tracking information for your order including when to expect the order to arrive.
Pacifica Pool Supplies currently offers expedited shipping through our website. If you are looking to recieve your order quicker than the default ground shipping method, please use the shipping method drop down selection to specify your preffered shipping method. Provided we currently have the selected items in stock, we will expedite your order and ship via the selected shipping method to get you your order as quickly as possible. If you are in a special need to recieve your order by a certain date, please email us at support@pacificapoolsupplies.com ensure proper delivery.
Pacifica Pool Supplies currently ships to all of the United States as well as to Canada. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship overseas or internationally.
When placing an order, your billing address may be outside the United States/Canada, however your shipping address must reside within one of the two. If your billing address resides outside the United States or Canada and you are having trouble placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@pacificapoolsupplies.com. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional shipping costs which will be shown upon checkout if applicable.
If your order is refused upon delivery and returned to Pacifica Pool Supplies without prior permission from Pacifica Pool Supplies and due to any other reason than being physically damaged or miss-shipped by Pacifica Pool Supplies, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all additional to and from shipping charges incurred.
